This was a big disappointment since that had been my favourite server at the time. From that point on I focused more and more on runnning NerdNet_Pembury.Despite being home-hosted on an admittedly awful connection, NNP accumulated a small group of loyal players. One day I found that they seemed to have disappeared. Eventually I was spending all my time running my own server, NerdNet_Pembury, but I still checked back with Animus Gaming every now and then. I set up my server, created a closed VPN, and invited a few friends to come along and play. I set to searching around and eventually found the information I needed. (Beta 1.7.3 was released on so it’s been a while.) After playing on Animus Network I was inspired to set up my own server with plugins, just like I’d seen on Animus.
And third, I miss the struggle of getting a plugin to work correctly, strange as that sounds. Second, I can afford to have a professionally hosted server today. First, I miss having a little community to call my own. I stopped updating things, and eventually in 2013 I quietly shut down NerdNet_Pembury for good.I decided to create Animus Legacy for several reasons.
